Pour our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir by the glass at your home every night with Restaurant Pricing: 2022 Edition
Our Restaurant Pricing offers have been so wildly popular the past two years, we had to do it once more! This special deal ends on May 15, so if you want to get in on it, don't delay!
This year, along with our 2019 Dutton Ranch Chardonnay, we have a special wine to add to the mix: our 2020 Mendocino Hills Pinot Noir.
As you've heard, we weren't able to bottle any pinot from our Sonoma County vineyards for the 2020 vintage due to the smoke from the fires. Fortunately, our Mendocino vineyards were spared, but due to the uncertainty of the long-term ageability of the wine from our more inland site in Comptche (an important trait for our single-vineyard bottlings), we opted to bottle the wine as a "drink now" offering. To further that point, we bottled the wine in a screw cap, making it easy to bring it along to enjoy everywhere you go—even if that's your own dining room on a Tuesday night!
Our 2020 Mendocino Hills Pinot Noir leads with the classic rich blackberry compote and bowl of fruit we've come to love from this site. Queen Anne cherry, pomegranate, and a touch of vanilla round out the aromas. The mouth is super juicy, plush, and decadent, with a lift of bright red cherry and cola on the spicy baking spice finish. It's perfect with anything on the barbeque, as well as pizza, pasta, and fowl of all kinds.
Our 2019 Dutton Ranch Chardonnay is rich and inviting, with notes of lemon oil, almond brioche, and a tropical mélange of lychee, pineapple, and kiwi surrounding the core of tangerine and zesty Eureka lemon. Honeyed citrus and pear, along with exotic guava and hazelnut, surround the lively and fresh lemon/lime center. A little crushed oyster shell minerality adds an invigorating edge to the fruit, and makes you ponder shellfish matches for the wine.
We're also throwing in $10 flat rate ground shipping on all the packages below.

In the Vineyards: Bloom is in the air
While spring flowers are blooming across the country, we have our own special blossoms lending their gentle sweet scent to the air: the tiny flowers on our grapevines.
Here is our Emerald Ridge Pinot on May 9. In this cluster, the caps have come off the bud and the stamens with their anthers containing the pollen at the tips are ready to pollinate the center pistil. Each flower you see has the possibility of becoming a grape berry if all goes according to plan. We had a weekend of unsettled weather, including a few little rainstorms, but hopefully not enough to cause havoc in the pollination cycle.

A belated but very happy Mother's Day to all you Moms out there! We hope your family showered you with love, laughs, and plenty of your favorite wine.
